Since 1985, Progressive has provided Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide services through contracts with most of the Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) and Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs) in New York City. Progressive has received the highest service ratings from these agencies. As a result, Progressive has distinguished itself by obtaining contracts to provide many specialty programs. In 1999, Progressive was awarded a contract with the New York City Human Resources Administration and began providing home attendant services in 2001 doing business as Kind Care.

Progressive has invested in technologies to support its management vision. We have developed and continue to expand capabilities in management systems and cutting edge technologies necessary to improve quality of care. The potential of this mission-driven agency is best represented in the growth and quality of the services provided to its patients.

In 1995 and 1998, Progressive received Accreditation with Commendation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. In the most recent 3-year survey, August of 2001, Progressive received a Summary Grid Score of 100%.
